I have used it several different apartment and also paralle high professinal lab devices. It is working as promised and it is easy to use and perfect value for measures. Cons. The capacity (or current consumpiot) of accu is low only 12 hours or less! Still five star because service is a right level!

Did not perform as advertised, very disappointed.
However, so far the customer service has been good.

Great product

Great product. I use it or test 3D print resins. The possibility to export data is great and allow comparison between products.

Useful, handy, reliable

Without access to calibration equipment it is of course inpossible to tell the accuracy of the device. But readings closely follow environmental changes increasing / decreasing particle levels such as cooking, applying an air cleaner, vacuum cleaning, opening / closing windows etc.Measuring continuously over a couple of weeks shows patterns of variation corresponding to the changes we make (windows etc.) over the day. Measuring like this has also provided us certainty about the efficiency of air cleaning ( we use an Electrolux EAP300) which is able to reduce PM2.5 and PM10 to near to 0 levels in about an hour. The data export feature is very important and works well. I miss separate particle counts for OM2.5 and PM10, though. Logically, there must be separate counters for the two particle size ranges, so why not let the device display the separate counts instead of pooling them?

Accurate and easy to use. Battery lasting longer than I thought it would.
